EVERY GREAT DAY STARTS THE NIGHT BEFORE
It’s a cute notion that things will turn out exactly as they should, without deliberately putting some effort into making your goals a reality. Sadly (or not, depending on which way you look at it), your goals will only be met with intention, planning, and some actual doing.
I spend about 30 minutes each evening preparing for the following day, and I devote about 10 minutes of that time to my nutrition. The rest of the time is given to planning my exercise, mindset, and scheduling. It’s a small sacrifice of time, and well spent, especially when I consider the benefit of a well-ordered day that has been mindfully considered. Even if things go pear-shaped, as they often do, I still have a great guideline to work with because I've made my intentions very clear!
So how does a nutritionist prepare for a great day as far as food is concerned? Well, every evening I decide what I will eat the following day. I take into consideration preparation time, when I will eat and how much, and then I’ll put that information in my tracker and adjust the amounts according to my macros. Making those decisions in a calm state of mind, without the distraction of hunger, ensures better choices and follow through. The next day, all I have to do is obey the tracker!
And how does a nutritionist ensure there is consistency with supplements? Each evening I measure out my supplements into little containers for the following day so they’re ready to go. It’s pretty easy and very effective!
Whether part of a limited time group or continuing month-to-month coaching, our coaching clients have great things to say about their coaching experiences!
Lisa was very caring and understanding. She always tried to explain things carefully and give me reasons behind her suggestions. She was very patient and understanding when I didn’t or couldn’t keep up with everything.
She answered my questions and was always willing to make suggestions and listen to what I was telling her about what was going on with life and with my keto journey.
I would definitely recommend this company. I found the site to be very professional, and the expectations for clients to be very clear.
Today is my 8 week keto anniversary! Down 14.5lbs, many inches down especially 2 inches in the waist. Made it through Thanksgiving easily. Didn’t miss anything I used to eat. Couldn’t have done it without my coach, Sabrina.
I contacted [my coach] for a Macro Eval when I stalled after an initial 30 lb weight loss. She was very thorough and spot on with two major things that were stalling my progress. She was wonderful to talk to and very understanding. I lost another 10 lbs in the month following. I would highly recommend her as a coach. As a matter of fact both my sister and myself have just signed up for Linda's 8 week course called Beginning, Maintaining, Sustaining. If you are serious about this WOL, I would highly recommend a Coach!
THANK YOU KETOVANGELIST COACHING!!
I love, love, love, my coach for her tough love yet faith in me!!!
I started working with Tiffany December 1 of 2021 the toughest month ever. I needed to get back on track with keto after gaining 30 pounds during the Covid pandemic. I lost 10 pounds in the month of December which is amazing. Before I started with her, I was all over the snacks in the office and kept saying I’ll start next month. She promised tough coaching with accountability. She has definitely done both. We have weekly phone calls and daily emails and in an emergency I have her number for tax. She is worth every penny because I definitely needed to get myself on track. No negativity, just constructive ideas on how to implement this way of life easier and more sustainable. I wholeheartedly recommend her coaching. She’s very relatable and active on Instagram, which makes it a lot easier for me to stay focused. I am still learning, but I am confident that with her help I'll meet my goal, and continue this lifestyle with minimal blips in the road. Thanks coach!
