In this 4 week program you will learn about managing optimal blood sugar, controlling insulin, identifying hyperinsulinemia, measuring ketones, understanding the levels of ketosis, weight loss, the importance of exercise, the importance of fasting, and how meals/food affect you metabolically. Each week will focus on a topic that pertains to metabolic health.
You will need a glucometer/ketone meter and lots of testing strips for blood sugar and ketones. We recommend the Keto-Mojo meter, but any meter that measures both blood glucose and ketones will work.

I started Keto January of 2017 and did what I thought was “Keto” but more like lazy Keto until November of 2017 . I was stalled for months before I decided to go with coach Lisa Carroll who taught me so much about reading food labels, vitamins, and really just paying more attention to my body than worrying about the scale. I have many medical issues and understand it is a slower process for me as my body heals from all the damage done but I totally believe in this WOE to the point I am hoping to become a coach one day as well.
