-Knowledge + Action = Power: You will receive all the necessary information about the ketogenic diet and how it can help you achieve your health goals. You will learn the benefits of this this lifestyle and how to implement change.
-Optimizing your environment: Set yourself up for success by creating a supportive environment that encourages healthy behaviors. You will receive tips and strategies to make it easy to maintain a ketogenic lifestyle.

I started Keto January of 2017 and did what I thought was “Keto” but more like lazy Keto until November of 2017 .
