Choose this group if you are pre-diabetic or have Type 2 diabetes and want to turn your health around. You will find encouragement, accountability and a safe space for discussing challenges. We will share recipes and the different ways to keto, as well as how to make sense of the many sources of information available. 

Group meets every Thursday 4 PST / 6 CST/ 7 EST via Zoom
