Optimal Wellness for Women Over 40

If you are a woman over 40, new or experienced in ancestral eating, this group is for you!

Women over 40, in the age range for peri-menopause and menopause, have unique needs that require a much more nuanced approach, in order to meet their goals. 

Over the course of 8 weeks, coaches Mary Roberts and Tiffany Davis will address all of the topics that concern women over 40—even the ones that everyone else avoids! 

The basics of keto, carnivore, and real food eating will be covered, as well as more advanced topics like:

  • Hormones
  • Sex
  • Fasting
  • Mindset
  • Fitness
  • Nutrition

After 4.5 months Keto I put up a 7.3 Hemoglobin A1C, a big improvement over the 10.2 I put up in late November. That weigh (haha) I’ve avoided judging/condemning and self-congratulating, things I kind of always did 4.6 months ago. I don’t know if I can adequately express how much has shifted for me since working with Keto Coach Michelle Hurn, R.D., L.D!
