Account Help

From the My Account page, you will see a button to Manage Your Coaching Subscription.

If you are already logged in, the button will display your email address.

If you are logged out, it will display "My Account."

After clicking the button, a Login window will appear on screen. Enter the email address and password you provided when you set up your account. If you don't remember your password, click the "I forgot my password" link beneath the password field.

Click "Log In" to reach your My Orders page.

Here you can see your previous orders. Click on an order number to open the Order Details view. Please note that past orders cannot be edited.

From the My Orders page, you can also Manage your Subscriptions using the link just above your invoice list:

On the My Subscriptions page, you will see a list of your current and past subscriptions. Those that are no longer active will display "CANCELED" or "PAUSED" next to the subscription name.

Click on the subscription you want to modify.

This will display all the order information relevant to your subscription, including a list of the associated invoice activity.

On an active subscription, use the "Cancel" or "Pause" buttons to update your subscription status. Note that Canceling a subscription cannot be undone (you will have to place a new order). If you think you may want to restart the subscription again in the future, we recommend you pause the subscription instead.

You will need to confirm the change to your subscription by clicking "Yes."

A paused subscription will display a button to "Resume."

You will also need to click "Yes" to confirm if you resume a paused subscription.

To update your billing address or credit card information, click the email address displayed at the top of each account page. This will take you to the Profile page.

Here you can update your contact information.

To update your payment card, scroll to the bottom just above the Save button where it displays the last four digits and expiration date of your current card, and select "Click here to update it."

A credit card field will appear to allow you to enter a new card. It requires the card number, expiration date, security code, and zip code.

Click the Save button to update your information. Make sure you delete your old card information, or that card will continue to be billed.

If you need to update your email address, please use our contact form to let us know your old email address and what you want it changed to. We will make the change for you as soon as we can, and you will be able to log in using your new email and your existing password.

Clients Love Ketogenic Lifestyle Coaching!

Whether part of a limited time group or continuing month-to-month coaching, our coaching clients have great things to say about their coaching experiences!

Thank you so much for this class. After following keto groups for two years I thought I knew it all. Boy was I wrong! I am totally off of sweeteners, I learned how to intermittently fast properly, that carbs are more than just grains and sugars, that veggies are not necessary, how salt and magnesium are so important, and mostly being in a space of like-minded people! There is so much more that I can’t list them all. Thank you ladies Mary Roberts and Katrina Harris for taking the time and really caring about helping others get healthy. I will miss seeing you every week.

Getting 1:1 coaching with Jessyca has been a godsend! After years of not being able to loose weight through Keto and her support was able to drop over 60lbs last year! Her knowledge of Keto and fasting has really helped both those things become part of my lifestyle and I’m healing from years of metabolic damage, dieting, and compulsive overeating! She is always there when I need her, encourages and challenges me beyond my comfort zone. If you are thinking about coaching, honestly - it’ll be the best investment you ever make in yourself and will improve your chances of success! Who doesn’t want that!

Coaching is so WORTH it! Katrina was my coach & she gave me the little push I needed to succeed in my journey towards my goals. The support was so helpful in learning about fasting & guiding me through as I did my first fast & several others.

If you add up what you spend on Starbucks or beauty products, you can afford coaching. Think of it as an investment in your health...YOU are worth it! I’d rather pay for coaching than Dr bills & prescription meds.

After 4.5 months Keto I put up a 7.3 Hemoglobin A1C, a big improvement over the 10.2 I put up in late November. Secret for me was a weekly call with the awesomest coach alive, Jessyca Reynolds, just sticking to the plan, getting it all in the diary and not getting on a scale. Ever. That weigh (haha) I’ve avoided judging/condemning and self-congratulating, things I kind of always did 4.6 months ago. Planning to close my eyes, put my fingers in my ears and start humming show tunes next week when I get on the scale for my physical. Life is definitely better these days.

I've been vegan (even raw and fruitarian) and vegetarian for around 15 years. When I turned 40, my body just struggled. My hair fell out in clumps, my skin was very dry and felt like crepe throughout the day, my body was tired. Most people come to keto wanting to lose weight but, with Mary's help, I focused on nourishing myself. Mary taught me to trust the process and just eat to hunger. That was tough for me: I was afraid of eating so much, I was afraid of all the fat and calories. After a couple of months, I did gain weight but that came with thick hair, moisturised and nourished skin, abs that I never thought I could have, and no more carb face. I highly recommend getting a Ketoevangelist Coach and being part of this knowledgeable and supportive group!
