I've been vegan (even raw and fruitarian) and vegetarian for around 15 years. When I turned 40, my body just struggled. My hair fell out in clumps, my skin was very dry and felt like crepe throughout the day, my body was tired. Most people come to keto wanting to lose weight but, with Mary's help, I focused on nourishing myself. Mary taught me to trust the process and just eat to hunger.
