Thank you so much for this class. After following keto groups for two years I thought I knew it all. Boy was I wrong! I am totally off of sweeteners, I learned how to intermittently fast properly, that carbs are more than just grains and sugars, that veggies are not necessary, how salt and magnesium are so important, and mostly being in a space of like-minded people! There is so much more that I can’t list them all. Thank you ladies Mary Roberts and Katrina Harris for taking the time and really caring about helping others get healthy. I will miss seeing you every week.
Coaching is so WORTH it! Katrina was my coach & she gave me the little push I needed to succeed in my journey towards my goals. The support was so helpful in learning about fasting & guiding me through as I did my first fast & several others.
If you add up what you spend on Starbucks or beauty products, you can afford coaching. Think of it as an investment in your health...YOU are worth it! I’d rather pay for coaching than Dr bills & prescription meds.
I heard about Keto in September of 2016 from a friend. I’d never heard about it before then so I looked into it. I’ve tried many times to loose weight but had no success. I hit 220 pounds and said that something has to change. So started Keto lost 40 pounds within 9 months then stalled and went awhile before getting coach Mary Roberts. She helped me fine tune to start losing again. I have been stalled again for awhile but I am in no rush I’ve went from size 22 to 12 regular jeans. Now I’m in a petite 12 no weight loss but my body is changing and healing so slowly. I am Ketoing on knowing this lifestyle is healing me. I also forgot to say I have Hypothyroidism and Keto is helping with that as well. I love this group and all the help we give each other.
I want to stick to the keto woe. My coach is my sounding board when I have questions, concerns, trouble or just support. It's different from familial support because she's been there & knows what you're going through. I always spend on everyone else but never on myself. Well this is my "gift to self."
I started Keto January of 2017 and did what I thought was “Keto” but more like lazy Keto until November of 2017 . I was stalled for months before I decided to go with coach Lisa Carroll who taught me so much about reading food labels, vitamins, and really just paying more attention to my body than worrying about the scale. I have many medical issues and understand it is a slower process for me as my body heals from all the damage done but I totally believe in this WOE to the point I am hoping to become a coach one day as well.
