Coaches do not diagnose or treat illnesses, diseases, prescribe medications, give medical advice, or perform functions of a medical professional. Always consult your doctor for medical issues or concerns.
You will receive an introductory email from your coach, with instructions for your chosen service, within 24 hours of your initial sign up. If you have not received a response in 24 hours, please check your SPAM folder first. If your coach's email did not inadvertently go to SPAM, please contact us using the Contact Form.
Appointments are coordinated directly with your coach.
1-on-1 session may last up to an hour, once a week. Full group sessions (of 4 members) may last up to an hour once a week. Smaller groups may have shorter sessions, depending on how many participants are in the group.
For 1-on-1 clients who give 24-hours notice, sessions may be rescheduled/made up.
Missed group sessions may not be made up unless your coach has an open space at another group time. Make sure your schedule is compatible with that of your chosen coach.
For 1-on-1 and group sessions missed, any questions or concerns may be addressed via email.
1-on-1 and group coaching calls are done through video chat or phone call, depending on your coach. Your coach will email you a call log in shortly before your scheduled time. You can join the call either through your computer or a mobile app.
Make sure that if you are working from a computer that it is enabled with a working microphone.
In group sessions, there will be up to three other clients on the call. Everyone will have individual time to discuss their current situations and voice any questions, concerns, and/or victories.
That depends on you. Keep in mind, coaches are to provide support, accountability, encouragement, offer new ideas/tweaks/changes for both food and behaviors. We want to see you reach your goals, but we cannot do the work for you. We need you to be serious and committed to change. This process is all about you. The hard parts are up to you.

Unless you've signed up for coaching that includes meal plans, coaches do not provide meal plans, and will not tell you what to eat or when. Coaches are there to help you learn what well formulated ketogenic meals look like based on the foods you enjoy.
Coaches may provide suggestions regarding simple meals and places to find recipes online.
The My Ketogenic Kitchen website offers meal plans for sale, so be sure to sign up for email reminders (and receive a free food list in return!) so that you will be notified when new meal plans are released.
Your coach will be able to assist in finding the macros suited to your body and goals.
Our Ketogenic Lifestyle coaches advocate for macros that are very low carb, moderate protein, and high fat.
The coaches may offer suggestions and resources for you to utilize during your workouts, but they are not personal trainers.

Whether part of a limited time group or continuing month-to-month coaching, our coaching clients have great things to say about their coaching experiences!
After a year of committed keto, I needed a personalized plan to improve progress and healing. I hired a coach to help fine-tune my methods and immediately regretted waiting so long to hire one. Thanks to the coaching expertise of Elaina Wang, I am no longer stalled and have the confidence to properly fast which has improved healing for a couple of health issues.
I really like the coaching program, I like the daily contact as it keeps me accountable and keeps me motivated. My coach is Linda and she will answer any question I throw at her, she will also give me suggestions to tweak my progress. I strongly recommend it to get you started or to get you back on track it is well worth it.
I was about 1 month in and didn’t know what I was doing. I decided the only way I was going to be successful was to get a coach! Sabrina has brought great clarity to my understanding of the keto lifestyle and how it has not only helped me lose weight, but how it is healing my body. You’ve helped me remain accountable to myself and you always give me just the push I need to read, learn and understand how to navigate the keto lifestyle, to stay positive and “keto on”...getting a coach is the best thing you can do for yourself when you’re just starting out!! If you can fit it into your budget anyway possible, Just Do It!!! You won’t regret it!! Thanks so much Sabrina you rock!!!
I want to give a shout out to my Ketogenic Lifestyle Coach, she has been amazing at helping me continue the journey and meet my goals. Thank you for all of your help and wisdom! Getting a coach to help me has been my favorite choice of self care so far!
I've been vegan (even raw and fruitarian) and vegetarian for around 15 years. When I turned 40, my body just struggled. My hair fell out in clumps, my skin was very dry and felt like crepe throughout the day, my body was tired. Most people come to keto wanting to lose weight but, with Mary's help, I focused on nourishing myself. Mary taught me to trust the process and just eat to hunger. That was tough for me: I was afraid of eating so much, I was afraid of all the fat and calories. After a couple of months, I did gain weight but that came with thick hair, moisturised and nourished skin, abs that I never thought I could have, and no more carb face. I highly recommend getting a Ketoevangelist Coach and being part of this knowledgeable and supportive group!
