That depends on you. Keep in mind, coaches are to provide support, accountability, encouragement, offer new ideas/tweaks/changes for both food and behaviors. We want to see you reach your goals, but we cannot do the work for you. We need you to be serious and committed to change. This process is all about you. The hard parts are up to you.

Coaches may provide suggestions regarding simple meals and places to find recipes online.

Your coach will be able to assist in finding the macros suited to your body and goals.
Our Ketogenic Lifestyle coaches advocate for macros that are very low carb, moderate protein, and high fat.

Whether part of a limited time group or continuing month-to-month coaching, our coaching clients have great things to say about their coaching experiences!
Ketogenic Lifestyle Coaching has changed my life. This is not something I say lightly. I went from prediabetic, obese, and frustrated from 40 years of failed diets and “I will start on this new diet on Monday” to normal weight, perfect blood glucose, amazing energy, and some bonuses like my allergies are gone, my skin looks 15 years younger, and chronic digestive issues are a thing of the past. More importantly, with the support of my coach I have stopped dieting and started living!
Shout out to Kimmi for telling me what I already knew...but just didn't want to admit to; To Mary for being so relatable and the first person I thought understood my struggle (also for being a fashion diva--love your shoes although I'm sure I'd fall on my face); To Elaina for her sense of humor; To Jessyca for stressing the importance of family; To Katrina for proving that being better doesn't mean that you are going to end up perfect; To Michelyn for her cheery disposition and beautiful smile; To Linda who helps me focus on the journey; To Sabrina who reminds us to love life; To Mitzi who lives life to the fullest and has followed a journey so similar to mine (and to embrace the aging process as it can be beautiful-you own it!). To Lauren who has taken time to help me understand some of the weird stuff...Every coach has been inspirational, motivational, and educational to me. And it has been quite the experience to have had the opportunity to follow several of the coaches progress--because we are all a work in progress. I'm a tab bit jealous of people just starting out to have access to such great keto coaches--I wish I would have had the opportunity; it would have saved me a lot of trial and error. But, I am so happy to have found this family and I look forward to meeting many of you in Austin.
I heard about Keto in September of 2016 from a friend. I’d never heard about it before then so I looked into it. I’ve tried many times to loose weight but had no success. I hit 220 pounds and said that something has to change. So started Keto lost 40 pounds within 9 months then stalled and went awhile before getting coach Mary Roberts. She helped me fine tune to start losing again. I have been stalled again for awhile but I am in no rush I’ve went from size 22 to 12 regular jeans. Now I’m in a petite 12 no weight loss but my body is changing and healing so slowly. I am Ketoing on knowing this lifestyle is healing me. I also forgot to say I have Hypothyroidism and Keto is helping with that as well. I love this group and all the help we give each other.
A friend of mine introduced me to the Keto woe through the Ketovangelist website. It took me about a month of researching, reading everyone's posts, and listening to the podcasts. After getting as much knowledge as I could, I jumped all in in February 2017. The one person that really inspired me was Mary Roberts! I thought I was doing great until I hit a stall. I couldn't understand why! I never cheated, was doing extremely strict Keto, logging everything into MFP. I started doubting that this wasn't going to work for me. I had tried at so many diets, just to gain it all back or I was just simply starving myself! I didn't want to give up just 2 months in. So I decided to reach out and get a coach! The absolute best decision I could make! Not only did Mary know exactly why I stalled, but she gave me back the confidence that I needed to keep going. Once, I instituted her advice, I lost 12 pounds in a little over a month. She introduced me to the Ketovangelist Coaching site where the overwhelming support and friendship you get from the other coaches and members of the coaching group. If you are where I was, reach out to one of the coaches, come join our Ketovangelist Coaching group! It will be the best decision you can make to be successful on your journey!
If you're thinking about the Keto WOL and not sure how to start...get a coach, they are priceless. If you started this WOL and are struggling, getting mixed messages from different sources, not getting results, etc. get a coach...they are priceless. Ketovangelist Coaches have been there, done that and can save you a lot of struggle. Believe me, hind sight is 20/20. I started Keto September 6, 2016. Thought I couldn't afford a coach. Thank goodness when teetering between quitting Keto and getting a coach I made the right choice. I'm almost a year in and not only meeting, but surpassing some of my health, weight and fitness goals. And an added bonus is I am also making life long friends!
