Note: Until September 2020, we were known as Ketovangelist Coaching.
Ketovangelist coaching, in particular, Linda, has given me a sense of not being alone and of being accepted. She helped answer questions and always pointed me towards education! Just knowing she is there gives me quiet comfort. Love it! I am in the midst of my journey and feel like new things to be addressed pop up still but I am so much farther along than I ever thought I would be.
I came to coaching after being Zero Carb for close to 2 years (which I began to heal a brain injury.) I am well versed in nutrition but something was amiss with my body and my ability to lose weight. Hiring Mary was my missing link. Mary was able to break down what I was doing correctly and what needed to change in order to reach my goals. Not only was she supportive with my ketogenic diet, she went above and beyond researching alternative ideas in order to help my healing. The knowledge sharing with this program is invaluable whether you are on track, stuck or simply questioning how you are doing. It’s worth every penny.
I've been vegan (even raw and fruitarian) and vegetarian for around 15 years. When I turned 40, my body just struggled. My hair fell out in clumps, my skin was very dry and felt like crepe throughout the day, my body was tired. Most people come to keto wanting to lose weight but, with Mary's help, I focused on nourishing myself. Mary taught me to trust the process and just eat to hunger. That was tough for me: I was afraid of eating so much, I was afraid of all the fat and calories. After a couple of months, I did gain weight but that came with thick hair, moisturised and nourished skin, abs that I never thought I could have, and no more carb face. I highly recommend getting a Ketoevangelist Coach and being part of this knowledgeable and supportive group!
I started with coach Lisa nine months ago — long enough go grow and birth a baby! And with the work we did on roots of my eating issues I feel I really have had a rebirth of sorts. I no longer binge, no longer think about food 24/7 (yes, I even dreamed of food), no longer run to food for comfort, love, distraction or as a sedative or tranquilizer. She worked with me through three exceptionally hard events in my life and I stayed Keto strong through it all. I could not have done it without my coach.
I went through menopause at 40 and began to really struggle with my weight. I was no longer seeing success with the "normal" weight loss plans that had worked in my 20s and 30s and I was at my wit's end. I hired Katrina as my coach because I could not wrap my head around eating fat. I was terrified I would do it wrong and continue to gain. Figuring out the food ended up being the easy part - fixing my thinking and setting reasonable expectations for MY unique journey was where coaching was truly invaluable. I was a relatively slow loser and having Katrina help me understand why my progress was slow helped me stay the course. She also encouraged me focus on the non-scale benefits of Keto such as better sleep and no more aches and pains instead of being singularly focused on the scale. Thanks to Keto, I now feel better than I did in my 20s! Courtney (48 years old).
I started Keto January of 2017 and did what I thought was “Keto” but more like lazy Keto until November of 2017 . I was stalled for months before I decided to go with coach Lisa Carroll who taught me so much about reading food labels, vitamins, and really just paying more attention to my body than worrying about the scale. I have many medical issues and understand it is a slower process for me as my body heals from all the damage done but I totally believe in this WOE to the point I am hoping to become a coach one day as well.
I read about coach Jessyca on another Keto site for women. There was a thread about binge eating disorder which I have been struggling with for over 35 years...im 57 (as well as other eating disorders). I had been trying to do keto, but think it was low carb. I didn't understand the "macros" importance of the correct amounts of fat and protein and the real "who, what, when where and why's" of Keto. I genuinely believe (and I hope this isn't offensive to anyone) that seeing Jessyca name on that thread was a miracle, and a sign from above. The threads on this Keto site are massive with thousands of comments..... I came to your site and read her history and thought, "wow" she will "get" me! Jessyca even thou we only know each other thru "cyber" space and face time; has helped me more in a month than YEARS of therapy, medication, and despair. Thru her graoup I was introduced to another wonderful client who shared a technique with me to help me relax.... I'm new to this way of life, but for the first time in years feel HOPE over HOPELESNESS.....it has been a full month that I have not waken up "hating" myself from a massive sugar binge. For me this is giant. Jessyca let me know to always be aware.... That eating disorder is "lurking" waiting to jump out. I have more tools in one month than I have had in the past 35 years of my life dealing with this. I'm truly grateful to Jessyca and feel blessed she is my coach and my friend.
If you're thinking about the Keto WOL and not sure how to start...get a coach, they are priceless. If you started this WOL and are struggling, getting mixed messages from different sources, not getting results, etc. get a coach...they are priceless. Ketovangelist Coaches have been there, done that and can save you a lot of struggle. Believe me, hind sight is 20/20. I started Keto September 6, 2016. Thought I couldn't afford a coach. Thank goodness when teetering between quitting Keto and getting a coach I made the right choice. I'm almost a year in and not only meeting, but surpassing some of my health, weight and fitness goals. And an added bonus is I am also making life long friends!
Keto coaching is the difference between looking at a car and driving it! Keto coaching provides the tools for mastery. Mary has taken this journey and is an informed, sincere and kind companion for your journey. Mary Roberts is a success whisperer! There is a selflessness among the coaches with shared desire to bring well being to each client! Invest in your health you'll never regret it!
Group coaching helps you not feel alone in your keto journey. I started out with one on one coaching and it was extremely beneficial, but I feel like I am learning even more from group coaching. It's great to hear the things others are going through and help provide support while learning how to navigate a situation like that in the future, and of course to have others there to celebrate in your successes! I plan to utilize the coaching services until I reach my goals. I don't think I would be moving in such a positive direction without coaching.
A friend of mine introduced me to the Keto woe through the Ketovangelist website. It took me about a month of researching, reading everyone's posts, and listening to the podcasts. After getting as much knowledge as I could, I jumped all in in February 2017. The one person that really inspired me was Mary Roberts! I thought I was doing great until I hit a stall. I couldn't understand why! I never cheated, was doing extremely strict Keto, logging everything into MFP. I started doubting that this wasn't going to work for me. I had tried at so many diets, just to gain it all back or I was just simply starving myself! I didn't want to give up just 2 months in. So I decided to reach out and get a coach! The absolute best decision I could make! Not only did Mary know exactly why I stalled, but she gave me back the confidence that I needed to keep going. Once, I instituted her advice, I lost 12 pounds in a little over a month. She introduced me to the Ketovangelist Coaching site where the overwhelming support and friendship you get from the other coaches and members of the coaching group. If you are where I was, reach out to one of the coaches, come join our Ketovangelist Coaching group! It will be the best decision you can make to be successful on your journey!
After doing a lot of research I decided to try Keto, honestly just to see if it would work for me. Like so many others, I've tried everything out there. I was not looking for a diet, but a WOL that is sustainable and would allow me to reach my goals. I didn't know much about Keto, so fumbled in all the FB groups asking tons of questions, until I heard about Ketovangelist coaching and had to reach out. I chose Mary Roberts because I felt a connection with her story and signed up for group coaching. Best move I've made in a long time!!! Mary is an outstanding coach and always there when I need her. I continue to learn and receive support from the group. I can't do it without them and plan to continue until I reach my goal. Join us - you won't be sorry!
I want to stick to the keto woe. My coach is my sounding board when I have questions, concerns, trouble or just support. It's different from familial support because she's been there & knows what you're going through. I always spend on everyone else but never on myself. Well this is my "gift to self."
My only regret is that I didn't start the coaching program on day 1. I did start at about week 3, and it has made a huge difference for me. Not only is the coach amazing, but the other ladies in my group have become like family. We share our successes and struggles. We all have similar goals, but coming at it from different backgrounds and different challenges and it helps to hear different perspectives and learn from each other, and cheer each other on. Group coaching is the best investment I have made in myself.
I had lost my focus and needed guidance and understanding of the pit falls I was experiencing. Since signing up for coaching, I have had a lot of "A-Ha Moments"; one of which is that I needed the accountability as I am very good at rationalizing things which are not to my benefit. I am more excited about this WOE and feel like I have so much more control. I wish I had signed up for coaching a year ago!!
I heard about Keto in September of 2016 from a friend. I’d never heard about it before then so I looked into it. I’ve tried many times to loose weight but had no success. I hit 220 pounds and said that something has to change. So started Keto lost 40 pounds within 9 months then stalled and went awhile before getting coach Mary Roberts. She helped me fine tune to start losing again. I have been stalled again for awhile but I am in no rush I’ve went from size 22 to 12 regular jeans. Now I’m in a petite 12 no weight loss but my body is changing and healing so slowly. I am Ketoing on knowing this lifestyle is healing me. I also forgot to say I have Hypothyroidism and Keto is helping with that as well. I love this group and all the help we give each other.
As hard as it may seem, you can do it! Jessyca Reynolds helped me get to my goal of losing 100lbs for my sisters wedding by last month. Trust the process. You can do it!
I would recommend coaching to anyone wanting to get Keto "down pat." I met with Linda via the computer once a week and she helped answer my questions; suggested resources such as websites, books and recipes; helped with macros; provided much needed support and so much more.
I knew that I personally needed accountability and by having once a week meetings, she held me to that while I adjusted to the changes in my life due to Keto.
I want to give a shout out to my Ketogenic Lifestyle Coach, she has been amazing at helping me continue the journey and meet my goals. Thank you for all of your help and wisdom! Getting a coach to help me has been my favorite choice of self care so far!
I love, love, love, my coach for her tough love yet faith in me!!!
Jessyca is my “Metabolism Whisperer.” With her help, encouragement and wisdom, I have lost over 60 pounds since March, 2018. When I started this journey, it was all about losing weight, but let me tell you what I have GAINED through working with her...confidence in myself and my abilities to set and reach measurable goals. I am able to play with my daughter again. I can RUN again! When I started keto, I couldn’t even walk around the block without feeling defeated. I have gotten rid of depression and anxiety and addressed disordered patterns of eating and thinking that have haunted me since childhood. I have gotten off of two medications (for high blood pressure and an anti-epileptic that had become toxic to my liver). Jessyca has helped me weather so many changes in such a short time...selling my house, a cross country move, a career change, supporting a loved one with metastatic cancer, navigation of unhealthy relationships with people and with food. Jessyca has been an invaluable partner and inspiration to me on this journey. She holds me accountable. She helps me identify disordered behaviors and helps me find new ways of looking at things. I am fitting into clothes and sizes I haven’t worn in 20 years! When I think about my experience with keto & Jessyca, it’s with profound gratitude, because I really feel as if I gained my LIFE back. I am a happier person and mother. Jessyca is knowledgeable, resourceful, empathic and she will be in the trenches with you helping you reach your goals every day. You will definitely lose with keto, but you will gain so much more than you ever imagined with her coaching.
Wanted to take a minute to thank all the wonderful coaches out there for all they do, especially mine! Every week Jessyca lifts me up, encourages me, and makes me become a better version of myself... She helps me dig in and see all I’m capable of... She’s always there when I need her and gives so much to so many of us... So a sincere thank you... You are an amazing lady and fabulous coach, Coach Jessyca!
After 4.5 months Keto I put up a 7.3 Hemoglobin A1C, a big improvement over the 10.2 I put up in late November. Secret for me was a weekly call with the awesomest coach alive, Jessyca Reynolds, just sticking to the plan, getting it all in the diary and not getting on a scale. Ever. That weigh (haha) I’ve avoided judging/condemning and self-congratulating, things I kind of always did 4.6 months ago. Planning to close my eyes, put my fingers in my ears and start humming show tunes next week when I get on the scale for my physical. Life is definitely better these days.
I'm so thankful seeing results already, and cant wait to see what the future holds. My thyroid medication was decreased for the first time, I'm starting to feel alot better. My coach is Jessyca Reynolds. With her amazing help and support from my husband, I love the changes I'm making and the changes that are happening to my body.
I have the best coach ever! Jessyca has helped me in so many ways! Yesterday was a milestone! 50 pounds lost and the lowest I’ve weighed in seven years! I’m done from a size 1X to a size 10 in six months! I’m not done with my keto journey yet, but oh the work I have had to put in. This has not been easy! At all! I have had to text Jessyca a zillion times with things that make me want to binge and fall off of the deep end. I’ve had to learn to deal with the reason I had become overweight in the first place and how not to go back to that place again. I've had to fight through feeling like a problem and also feeling 'less than', both feelings that cause me to binge. All of those contributed to who I was before. Our weekly phone calls are the highlight of my week! They deal with the 'why' I got this way and the behaviors that lead me down the path to that person I was. Now, though, I feel like my outside is beginning to match my inside, the person God made me, and that’s an amazing feeling! As for my goal, I’m getting closer to fitting into a dress for my sons wedding! With my understanding, inspirational and amazing coach’s help, I know I can do this! I thank God for Jessyca and for His work through her!
Shout out to Kimmi for telling me what I already knew...but just didn't want to admit to; To Mary for being so relatable and the first person I thought understood my struggle (also for being a fashion diva--love your shoes although I'm sure I'd fall on my face); To Elaina for her sense of humor; To Jessyca for stressing the importance of family; To Katrina for proving that being better doesn't mean that you are going to end up perfect; To Michelyn for her cheery disposition and beautiful smile; To Linda who helps me focus on the journey; To Sabrina who reminds us to love life; To Mitzi who lives life to the fullest and has followed a journey so similar to mine (and to embrace the aging process as it can be beautiful-you own it!). To Lauren who has taken time to help me understand some of the weird stuff...Every coach has been inspirational, motivational, and educational to me. And it has been quite the experience to have had the opportunity to follow several of the coaches progress--because we are all a work in progress. I'm a tab bit jealous of people just starting out to have access to such great keto coaches--I wish I would have had the opportunity; it would have saved me a lot of trial and error. But, I am so happy to have found this family and I look forward to meeting many of you in Austin.
I enlisted Elaina’s help with a macro evaluation and then with email coaching. What a wealth of knowledge! She helped me to understand that I was insulin resistant, which was causing me to lose weight slowly. She also suggested that I stop ALL sweeteners, including diet drinks so that my body wouldn’t elicit an insulin response. The result? I started losing weight again!
She also told me not to compare my journey with other folks’ journey because we are all different; that was a huge piece of encouragement for me.
I contacted [my coach] for a Macro Eval when I stalled after an initial 30 lb weight loss. She was very thorough and spot on with two major things that were stalling my progress. She was wonderful to talk to and very understanding. I lost another 10 lbs in the month following. I would highly recommend her as a coach. As a matter of fact both my sister and myself have just signed up for Linda's 8 week course called Beginning, Maintaining, Sustaining. If you are serious about this WOL, I would highly recommend a Coach!
THANK YOU KETOVANGELIST COACHING!!
I want to send a big THANK YOU to my coach Lisa Carroll! I have been working with Lisa for almost 3 weeks and WOW! I am absolutely amazed by the progress I have seen in this short time. I have lost 15.4 pounds, stopped taking medication for GERD, seen a significant reduction in hair loss and now fit in a pair of jeans I haven’t worn in 11 years. I started Keto last year about this time on my own and did great for the first few months, but then I got lazy and slacked off. I tried multiple times to start up again on my own without success and finally made the decision that I needed someone to help hold me accountable, that’s where Lisa comes in. She has been exactly what I needed to get myself back on track!
My coach Elaina Wang, is the reason why KETO is now getting the results I never got doing keto by the book before. Best decision ever.
Huge...a freakin huge shout out & thank you!!11 months keto; we have been together 3-4 months. Sabrina has helped me work through some tough issues & stall including me now being at the lowest weight I have been in over 40 years. Having a coach has helped make me accountable not only to her but myself. If there is anyway to put it in your budget, do it!! I didn’t think I could afford it either, decided to try and now realize that this new way of life is about me being healthy and happy. It is finally my #1 priority.
I was about 1 month in and didn’t know what I was doing. I decided the only way I was going to be successful was to get a coach! Sabrina has brought great clarity to my understanding of the keto lifestyle and how it has not only helped me lose weight, but how it is healing my body. You’ve helped me remain accountable to myself and you always give me just the push I need to read, learn and understand how to navigate the keto lifestyle, to stay positive and “keto on”...getting a coach is the best thing you can do for yourself when you’re just starting out!! If you can fit it into your budget anyway possible, Just Do It!!! You won’t regret it!! Thanks so much Sabrina you rock!!!
Thank you Sabrina for helping me to get on and stay on track. Thanks for being accessible in my time of need. Thank you for helping me burst through plateaus!
Today is my 8 week keto anniversary! Down 14.5lbs, many inches down especially 2 inches in the waist. Made it through Thanksgiving easily. Didn’t miss anything I used to eat. Couldn’t have done it without my coach, Sabrina.

Ketogenic Lifestyle Coaching has changed my life. This is not something I say lightly. I went from prediabetic, obese, and frustrated from 40 years of failed diets and “I will start on this new diet on Monday” to normal weight, perfect blood glucose, amazing energy, and some bonuses like my allergies are gone, my skin looks 15 years younger, and chronic digestive issues are a thing of the past. More importantly, with the support of my coach I have stopped dieting and started living!
Coaching is so WORTH it! Katrina was my coach & she gave me the little push I needed to succeed in my journey towards my goals. The support was so helpful in learning about fasting & guiding me through as I did my first fast & several others.
If you add up what you spend on Starbucks or beauty products, you can afford coaching. Think of it as an investment in your health...YOU are worth it! I’d rather pay for coaching than Dr bills & prescription meds.
Joining the Ketogenic Lifestyle Coaching program changed my life! I decided that my health was my priority and it was/is worth every penny!
Seriously getting a Ketogenic Lifestyle Coach was the best decision I ever made. The amazing Mary really helped me work out what worked for me. The time I had with her helped me to be able effectively tweak this WOE to really suit me. She gave me the confidence to experiment and continues to inspire me. All of the coaches here are truly wonderful and if you can afford it will be the absolute best investment in yourself.
I began Keto in January 2017, in February I decided to give MYSELF some LOVE and I got a KETO COACH! Linda was such a great Keto Coach she helped me understand Keto, it also was great to have a knowledgeable, Ketofied friend and teacher to help me through the maze of questions and concerns. Having a Keto coach, helped me so much, I am at my goal, comfortable in my skin, I understand the principles of the Keto WOE. I am so thankful and grateful for the knowledge and support I have received through the Keto coaching community!
I really like the coaching program, I like the daily contact as it keeps me accountable and keeps me motivated. My coach is Linda and she will answer any question I throw at her, she will also give me suggestions to tweak my progress. I strongly recommend it to get you started or to get you back on track it is well worth it.
I have found the most success by having one on one coaching. It’s absolutely amazing how much it helps. I have insights that I never would have had before, motivation to keep going no matter what, and unlimited support. The fee I pay is so small compared to the rewards I get. I highly recommend it!!
I gifted myself coaching with Elaina. I love it! It helps hold me accountable and she steers me in the right direction. Very much needed on my journey.
I love the coaching program! It’s really helped me refine my macros and get that extra “umph” of motivation that I was needing. Cost? Well, for pretty much unlimited support via email and the weekly one on one that I’ve purchased, the value CAN’T be beat!!! I encourage everyone to invest in themselves if you’ve been thinking about coaching at all...don’t wait a year like I did!!!
Getting 1:1 coaching with Jessyca has been a godsend! After years of not being able to loose weight through Keto and her support was able to drop over 60lbs last year! Her knowledge of Keto and fasting has really helped both those things become part of my lifestyle and I’m healing from years of metabolic damage, dieting, and compulsive overeating! She is always there when I need her, encourages and challenges me beyond my comfort zone. If you are thinking about coaching, honestly - it’ll be the best investment you ever make in yourself and will improve your chances of success! Who doesn’t want that!
For a person who has struggled all her life with yo-yo diets for the first time since finding keto and Ketogenic Lifestyle Coaching I can say I have officially committed to a lifestyle of eating. After 1.5 years of being strict keto I am still learning from the coaches. I stick with Ketovangelist because of the knowledge, support, and guidance they provide.
After a year of committed keto, I needed a personalized plan to improve progress and healing. I hired a coach to help fine-tune my methods and immediately regretted waiting so long to hire one. Thanks to the coaching expertise of Elaina Wang, I am no longer stalled and have the confidence to properly fast which has improved healing for a couple of health issues.
After 1 month of struggling with when, what and how to eat ketogenically, I realized I needed help. I saw on one of the Keto FB pages that coaching was available. So I checked it out, chose a coach whose story resonated with me. That was Sabrina Rivers-Williams. One of the best decisions I've ever made!!
Lisa was very caring and understanding. She always tried to explain things carefully and give me reasons behind her suggestions. She was very patient and understanding when I didn’t or couldn’t keep up with everything.
She answered my questions and was always willing to make suggestions and listen to what I was telling her about what was going on with life and with my keto journey.
I would definitely recommend this company. I found the site to be very professional, and the expectations for clients to be very clear.
Thank you so much for this class. After following keto groups for two years I thought I knew it all. Boy was I wrong! I am totally off of sweeteners, I learned how to intermittently fast properly, that carbs are more than just grains and sugars, that veggies are not necessary, how salt and magnesium are so important, and mostly being in a space of like-minded people! There is so much more that I can’t list them all. Thank you ladies Mary Roberts and Katrina Harris for taking the time and really caring about helping others get healthy. I will miss seeing you every week.
