I have the best coach ever!  Jessyca has helped me in so many ways!  Yesterday was a milestone! 50 pounds lost and the lowest I’ve weighed in seven years! I’m done from a size 1X to a size 10 in six months!  I’m not done with my keto journey yet, but oh the work I have had to put in. This has not been easy! At all! I have had to text Jessyca a zillion times with things that make me want to binge and fall off of the deep end. I’ve had to learn to deal with the reason I had become overweight in the first place and how not to go back to that place again. I went through menopause at 40 and began to really struggle with my weight. I was no longer seeing success with the "normal" weight loss plans that had worked in my 20s and 30s and I was at my wit's end. I hired Katrina as my coach because I could not wrap my head around eating fat. I was terrified I would do it wrong and continue to gain. I've been vegan (even raw and fruitarian) and vegetarian for around 15 years. When I turned 40, my body just struggled. My hair fell out in clumps, my skin was very dry and felt like crepe throughout the day, my body was tired. Most people come to keto wanting to lose weight but, with Mary's help, I focused on nourishing myself. Mary taught me to trust the process and just eat to hunger.
