Effective, Awesome, Ketogenic Coaching
One-time consultations are available with no monthly commitment.
This is not an ongoing coaching relationship. Your coach will assign you macros based on the information you give, and make suggestions for changes based on what you are currently eating. The more detailed the information you give, the more in depth an analysis may be. If you have additional needs, please consider one of our other coaching options.
All one-time consultation services are included with a monthly one-on-one coaching plan!
Whether part of a limited time group or continuing month-to-month coaching, our coaching clients have great things to say about their coaching experiences!
Thank you so much for this class. After following keto groups for two years I thought I knew it all. Boy was I wrong! I am totally off of sweeteners, I learned how to intermittently fast properly, that carbs are more than just grains and sugars, that veggies are not necessary, how salt and magnesium are so important, and mostly being in a space of like-minded people! There is so much more that I can’t list them all. Thank you ladies Mary Roberts and Katrina Harris for taking the time and really caring about helping others get healthy. I will miss seeing you every week.
Huge...a freakin huge shout out & thank you!!11 months keto; we have been together 3-4 months. Sabrina has helped me work through some tough issues & stall including me now being at the lowest weight I have been in over 40 years. Having a coach has helped make me accountable not only to her but myself. If there is anyway to put it in your budget, do it!! I didn’t think I could afford it either, decided to try and now realize that this new way of life is about me being healthy and happy. It is finally my #1 priority.
I enlisted Elaina’s help with a macro evaluation and then with email coaching. What a wealth of knowledge! She helped me to understand that I was insulin resistant, which was causing me to lose weight slowly. She also suggested that I stop ALL sweeteners, including diet drinks so that my body wouldn’t elicit an insulin response. The result? I started losing weight again!
She also told me not to compare my journey with other folks’ journey because we are all different; that was a huge piece of encouragement for me.
I have the best coach ever! Jessyca has helped me in so many ways! Yesterday was a milestone! 50 pounds lost and the lowest I’ve weighed in seven years! I’m done from a size 1X to a size 10 in six months! I’m not done with my keto journey yet, but oh the work I have had to put in. This has not been easy! At all! I have had to text Jessyca a zillion times with things that make me want to binge and fall off of the deep end. I’ve had to learn to deal with the reason I had become overweight in the first place and how not to go back to that place again. I've had to fight through feeling like a problem and also feeling 'less than', both feelings that cause me to binge. All of those contributed to who I was before. Our weekly phone calls are the highlight of my week! They deal with the 'why' I got this way and the behaviors that lead me down the path to that person I was. Now, though, I feel like my outside is beginning to match my inside, the person God made me, and that’s an amazing feeling! As for my goal, I’m getting closer to fitting into a dress for my sons wedding! With my understanding, inspirational and amazing coach’s help, I know I can do this! I thank God for Jessyca and for His work through her!
After 4.5 months Keto I put up a 7.3 Hemoglobin A1C, a big improvement over the 10.2 I put up in late November. Secret for me was a weekly call with the awesomest coach alive, Jessyca Reynolds, just sticking to the plan, getting it all in the diary and not getting on a scale. Ever. That weigh (haha) I’ve avoided judging/condemning and self-congratulating, things I kind of always did 4.6 months ago. Planning to close my eyes, put my fingers in my ears and start humming show tunes next week when I get on the scale for my physical. Life is definitely better these days.
